At Braxton's Animal Works, our team is dedicated to helping resolve the homeless pet epidemic by fostering cat adoptions and education on how to get ready and care for your new feline companion.

Dog Adoptions

Not only will you be supplying a dog a loving home, but you'll also be providing a room at an animal shelter for another dog to be rescued, as well! Shelter dogs for adoption are incredible buddies who became the innocents of family catastrophe, unlucky change in circumstances, or irresponsible owners. The necessity for canine adoptions is multiplied by an excess of pet dogs bred for profit, which leads to about 4 million adoptable dogs being put down annually due to overpopulation. Braxton's and all of the staff are phenomenal! Braxton's has the best selection of natural, organic, and minimally processed food and treats for your fur babies. Upon stepping into the store, I was joyfully greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. I did not at the time, and rather took my time to explore the store. From the high-quality leashes and harnesses to the organic dog treats, I was sold! They had tons of toys for dogs of all sizes, I appreciated the organization of the toys (i.e., for catch, for tug a war, comfort, etc). As my pup will be recovering from surgery and chemo/radiation, I was able to acquire some high value treats and Suzie's CBD oil to support his recovery. Thank you to the entire Braxton's team. We will certainly be returning again in the near future. P.S. They had a nice self-service dog wash in the back of the store. Although I have not used it yet, it looks like a proper setup with high-quality supplies.
